Toyota released pricing on its significantly upgraded and redesigned for the 2011MY, Scion tC coupe, which goes on sale in October with prices starting from $18,275 when equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, and $19,275 when you opt for the six-speed automatic transmission, before a $720 destination and handling fee.
All 2011 tCs will come standard with eight-airbags, Anti-lock Brakes (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Traction Control (TRAC), Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and a brake override system plus larger 18-inch alloy wheels.
But among the highlights is the introduction of a new and more potent 2.5-liter inline-four with 185HP and 173 lb-ft of torque that returns an estimated 31mpg highway, 23mpg city and 26mpg combined no matter the transmission, always according to Toyota.
